shortletapartments.ng is an online directory service. We curate and display listings for short-term rental properties across Nigeria for informational purposes. We are not the owner, manager, or provider of any properties listed on this site.

2. Third-Party Booking Platforms

Our website contains links to external Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and booking platforms.

• No Agency Relationship: We do not act as an agent for the user or the property provider.
• Contractual Agreement: When you make a booking, the contract is strictly between you and the third-party booking platform (and/or the property host).
• Pricing & Availability: While we aim to provide up-to-date information, all prices and availability are subject to change by the third-party provider. We are not responsible for discrepancies between our directory and the final booking site.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, shortletapartments.ng and its owners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage (financial or physical) arising from your stay at a property found through our directory.
• Disputes regarding refunds, cancellations, or property conditions.
• The accuracy of reviews or ratings displayed on the site.
